This policy explains what personal data ASBO Estates collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

Saved properties ("♡ Saved") are stored only in your own browser – we do not receive them unless you share a link with us.
3. Who receives your data
- Our CRM system (Inmobalia) – where our team manages enquiries.
- Our web hosting (Simply.com, EU) – runs the website and sends the e-mails from the forms.
- Anthropic PBC (USA) – provides the AI that powers the chat assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic only to create the answer. Transfers to the USA are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Property developers – when you ask about a new development, we send your name (and, if needed to register you, your contact details) to the developer so you are registered as our client. This protects your right to our free assistance.
- Google and Meta – only if you accept statistics/marketing cookies (see the Cookie policy).
- Authorities, banks, lawyers or notaries – only when the law requires it or when you buy a property with our help.
We never sell your data.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. the unsubscribe link in our e-mails, or "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page). Write to info@asboestates.com. We answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or the authority in your own country (e.g. Datatilsynet in Denmark).
5. Security and children
The website uses an encrypted connection (https), and access to our systems is limited to our team. The website is not aimed at children under 14.
6. Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
