Corner Duplex Penthouse with a Tourist Licence – Cortijo del Mar A corner duplex penthouse in the quiet, well-kept urbanisation of Cortijo del Mar, with a tourist licence already in place and a good Airbnb rating. In summer the occupancy has been running at 98%. The new owner can carry on with short lets, or simply live in it. Both work. It is spread over two floors: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, about 133.72 m² built and 59.07 m² of private terraces. The corner position gives it garden views and a sense of privacy that a middle flat does not. The terrace takes the sun from around midday into the afternoon — long enough for lunch outside, and for sitting on when the day has cooled. A large living-dining room, an independent kitchen, a private garage space and a storage room. Communal gardens around the building. Cortijo del Mar is a calm residential setting, close to beaches, golf, restaurants, supermarkets, schools — including international schools — a children’s play area, a bus stop and everyday services. Marbella, Puerto Banús ‌and ‌Estepona ‌are ‌a ‌short drive. A ‌home you ‌can use, or ‌one that ‌is already earning. ‌The licence ‌is ‌the part that ‌is ‌hard ‌to ‌get ‌later. Viewing ‌highly ‌recommended.
