Lejlighed i Estepona

This is one of the best beachfront positions, with full frontal open sea view and the possibility of accessing the senda litoral directly from the community. The urbanisation is located between the coastal towns of Estepona and Sabinillas and it has basic amenities such as shops, supermarkets and resaurants a short drive away. The apartment itself is accessed from the ground floor but due to the sloping nature of the plot, it is a middle floor on the back side of the plot offering great elevation and views from the living room and terrace. From the entrance hall we come into the living room with designated dining and lounge areas. On the right is a fully fitted and renewed kitchen with pass through hatch, it would be quite straightforward to make this open plan if so desired. There is guest bedroom and a guest bathroom as well as the master bedroom with renewed en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. Aside from the beachfront position and magnificent sea views, the terrace is an absolute selling point of this property! It is incredibly spacious with a covered and open part to enjoy the space optimally at any point of the day or year. AC ‌Hot/Cold UFH ‌bathrooms Underground ‌parking ‌space ‌included Also very ‌important, the ‌community allows currently ‌four more ‌apartments to take ‌a holiday ‌rental ‌license, making this ‌a ‌fantastic ‌holiday ‌home ‌with ‌investment ‌potential!
