Andet i Torremolinos

El Molino de Batán is a historic property located in the municipality of Torremolinos, on the Costa del Sol, which has evolved over the years to adapt to various functions. Originally known for its large party hall, this mill has witnessed hundreds of weddings and social events that have marked an era in the region. The hall, with a surface area of approximately 420 m², offered ample space for numerous tables and a dance floor, making it a benchmark for celebrations. In recent years, the current owner has transformed this space into a modern co-working centre, taking advantage of its size and structure. The mill now houses more than 20 workstations, along with meeting and presentation rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a computer and server room, adapting to contemporary working needs. The property extends over a plot of 2775 m² which includes an old mansion dating from the early 20th century, currently undergoing restoration to restore it to its original splendour. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the natural setting offers total privacy, making it an ideal location for both a company looking to establish its head office or branch office on the Costa del Sol, as well as those interested in restoring the venue to its former glory as ‌a ‌function ‌room.
